Twenty-three F1 races in 2013

The word on the street is that the FIA Formula 1 World Championship in 2013 could have 23 races. if the teams all sign up to the new Concorde Agreement by the end of the year. As I have reported before the current agreement allows for 17 races with three optional extras. The new deal appears to include 20 races with a number of possible extras. The big question is what will be in the calendar and what will not, given that not all of the races are financially healthy. Joe Saward
