Formula E could get Macau race
The all-electric series has targeted city races for its inaugural campaign next year, with Berlin, Rome and London all set to host events. Macau hosts its Formula 3 Grand Prix annually in mid-November, which fits with Formula E's 2014-15 calendar split. Todt says Macau is a logical destination for the series to explore.
"It would make sense because it is in the city," Todt said of the renowned Macau street course. "It is something we would consider, yes. First, though, we are going to start with Hong Kong, and then it is something which can be addressed. It is up to the promoter to discuss with the federation.
"I do believe in electric cars in the cities, and that is why this championship will happen specifically in 10 important cities around the world."
