Skip Barber Racing School Announces Formula Car School at Mosport

Ontario, Canada The Skip Barber Racing School is excited to offer Formula Car Racing Schools at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (formerly known as Mosport) Driver Development Track starting in June.

As another option to the variety of exciting courses at famous race tracks across North America, the Formula Racing School will continue to be based upon the Skip Barber proven methodologies used to train enthusiastic racing fans, up coming racers plus many past and current IndyCar stars.

The CTMP based Formula Car is based on the SCCA Van Diemen Formula E spec’d with it’s 170 HP turning through an Elite sequential gearbox and the stopping power from AP Racing Brakes. The race cars are also equipped with Pi Research digital in-steering wheel dash with RPM arc lights for shifting.
Drivers will be instantly familiar with the Skip Barber based curriculum, pricing, options to reduce damage liability and hospitality the sedan school graduates have been enjoying since the school was purchased by Anthony Demonte, CEO of the Skip Barber Racing School.

Starting in June, the familiar courses will include 1 Day Racing Schools, 3 Day Racing Schools, Corporate/Group Events and the Hagerty Driving Academy. Advanced Schools will be announced later in the year.
