ABeam Consulting to Sponsor Sato at Texas & Laguna

Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL) announced today that ABeam Consulting, who provides business transformation services to over 800 clients throughout Asia, the Americas and Europe, will be primary sponsor of Takuma Sato’s No. 30 Honda entry at the DXC Technology 600 at Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday, June 8 and at the Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca on September 22. ABeam has been an associate sponsor of Sato’s IndyCar Series entry since 2017.

Through ABeam Consulting’s partnership with RLL and Takuma Sato, ABeam is providing thirteen ABeam Digital engineers who are dedicated to the 2019 racing program. Three ABeam Digital engineers will attend all 2019 IndyCar Series races to provide the latest digital technology to support the team. ABeam Consulting’s leading edge digital analytics enable advanced driving analysis, fault forecasting, and actual racing data collection and analysis to help Sato’s team achieve optimum performance.

Live coverage of the DXC Technology 600 will begin on NBCSN at 8 PM ET on Saturday, June 8 and the field will take the green flag at 8:45 p.m. ET. Sato’s best start in the event is fourth place, two times (2016, 2011) and his best finish is fifth in 2011. He is currently ranked fifth in NTT IndyCar Series point standings with a total of 255 points after Round 8 of 17 with a total of 255 points and is only 61 behind the leader Josef Newgarden.
