McLaren 2014 Car May Not Be Ready for Testing

According to this Autosport article, McLaren is "in a race against time," to get its 2014 car ready for opening testing at Jerez. Apparently, the issue with the 2014 car is that it has yet to pass crash testing.

The launch of the McLaren car is scheduled for next Friday January 24th. The first day of the test at Jerez is January 28th.
