Word is that Razia will be in a car at the St. Pete season opener with Sam Schmidt Motorsports. Whether it is an IndyCar or Indy Lights remains to be seen. Earlier this year he tested an Indy Lights car for the team, but he is fast enough to be in IndyCar. Gil de Ferran is his agent.

Rumor has it that Luiz Razia is now looking for a possible seat in IndyCar. After the interest of former GP2 driver Sam Bird and Luca Filippi, the Brazilian has put IndyCar high on the list. The Panther team, Herta, Coyne, KV and Rahal still have unconfirmed seats for 2014.
