Penske and Andretti first to test aero-kits?

Indications are Roger Penske and Helio Castroneves will soon be testing Chevy aero-kits.

AutoRacing1 is hearing that Team Penske (Chevrolet) and Andretti Autosport (Honda) will be the first Verizon IndyCar teams to test their manufacturer aero-kits. The kits, of course, are set to be introduced for the start of the domestic season in 2015.

Where? We have not heard exactly. As for when, we expect it to be sometime in October.
