08/19/19 These photos below show, using the seam in the asphalt as reference, that Alexander Rossi was moving right (with Ryan Hunter-Reay to his left), and Rossi's right front clipped Takuma Sato's right rear.
While Rossi perceived that Sato moved left on him, the evidence is overwhelming that he did not.
So while everyone was quick to lay blame with Takuma Sato, it's quite likely that Alexander Rossi will look back on Sunday as the crash that cost him another IndyCar title.
