In case no one figured has figured it out yet – Kyle Busch is pretty hard to beat in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
Busch put on yet another dominating performance in Friday's nights North Carolina Education Lottery 200 to win his fourth-straight Charlotte truck series victory.
Matt Crafton finished second, followed by Brad Keselowski, Jon Wes Townley and Timothy Peters.
Friday night's win was Busch's 38th-career truck series victory and his sixth in the last 11 truck series races held at Charlotte. So far this season, he's started three of the four truck races in 2014 and won them all.
"It was a fun race for us," said Busch. "had a dominant piece and we were just really, really strong especially on the long run. It seems like other guys would fall off and I'd beat them a little bit here or there, but it seemed like in traffic I didn't lose as much in traffic as much as other guys."
After winning the pole for Friday night's event with a record-setting qualifying run earlier in the day, Busch led 87 of the first 91 laps from the front row, ending up leading all but four of the total 134 laps.
Even though the race up front was pretty one-side, there were still plenty of fireworks back in the field, as nine caution flags waved over the course of the race.
The most serious occurred on lap 94, as Taylor Malsam, Darrell Wallace, Jr. and Scott Riggs got together on the backstretch, sending all three to the garage and Wallace to the infield care center after become lightheaded once out of the truck.
Another incident in involving Townley, Brian Ickler and Ryan Blaney on the frontstretch led to a brief exchange between Townley and Blaney on pit road after the race.
The final caution flag waved on the final lap moments after Busch took the white flag, as Jeb Burton, Norm Benning and German Quiroga crashed at the start-finish line, bringing the race to an end under caution.
Crafton, who increased his lead by three points in the series standings with a runner-up finish, seemed to be closing on Busch in the final laps, but ended up finishing second to Busch two races in a row.
"I'm getting tired of it," said Crafton. "You're getting beat by one of the best in business, but it still doesn't make it any sweeter because I want to win these races."
Johnny Sauter, Austin Dillon, Ben Kennedy, German Quiroga and Justin Lofton rounded out the top five. 15 of the 33 trucks entered in the event failed to finish the race, including current fifth-place points driver Ron Hornaday, Jr. and ninth and tenth-place drivers Ryan Blaney and Darrell Wallace, Jr.
