Kenseth wins pole at Bristol

Matt Kenseth took the Coors Light Pole Award for Sunday's Food City 500 in Support of Steve Byrnes and Stand Up to Cancer.
Kenseth used a speed of 128.632 mph in the last of the three rounds of group qualifying to secure his first pole of the 2015 season, second pole at Bristol Motor Speedway and the 14th of his career.
Kenseth has three career Sprint Cup wins at Bristol in 30 previous starts.
Joining Kenseth on the front row will be Brad Keselowski, who posted a speed of 128.442 mph in the final round of qualifying.
Carl Edwards and Kevin Harvick will comprise Row 2, while Denny Hamlin and Joey Logano will make up Row 3.
[adinserter name="GOOGLE AD"]The notable drivers to not advance to the final round of qualifying included: Dale Earnhardt Jr. (starting 13th), Kyle Larson (starting 14th), Martin Truex Jr. (starting 16th), Tony Stewart (starting 21st) and Jeff Gordon (starting 23rd).
Among the drivers to not advance to the second round of qualifying were Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (starting 25th), Danica Patrick (starting 26th), Jimmie Johnson (starting 28th).
Greg Biffle lost control off of Turn 3 just over three minutes into the opening round of qualifying. His car went sideways and somehow suffered little damage to his No. 16 Ford. Biffle did not advance to the second round of qualifying and will start 33rd on Sunday.
Michael McDowell brought out the black flag about five minutes into the opening round for entering the track improperly. McDowell will start 19th in Sunday's race.
Brendan Gaughan and Ron Hornaday Jr. did not qualify for the 43-car field.
