Rahal team testing at Phoenix today (Update)

UPDATE Upgrade this rumor to Fact, as Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing announced on Twitter that Graham Rahal is tire testing today for Firestone at Phoenix International Raceway. We also hear Chip Ganassi Racing driver Tony Kanaan is at the test.

Expect an official announcement of IndyCar's much-anticipated return to PIR shortly.

10/20/15 Rumor has it that ahead of IndyCar announcing a race at PIR for 2016, the Rahal IndyCar team is testing at Phoenix International Raceway today with Graham Rahal behind the wheel.
