2016 Indy Lights Silly Season (Update 4)

The 2016 Indy Lights field is beginning to take shape.

With yesterday's announcement of Felix Serralles to Carlin, we currently count 8 driver confirmations for the 2016 Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires season. Team Pelfrey, which took ownership of the Starworks Motorsports cars has also confirmed two cars although no drivers. And other teams such as Schmidt Peterson Motorsports, Belardi, and others are expected to announce additional entries in the coming weeks.

All in all we're looking at around 15 (give or take) full-time entries for the top rung of the Mazda Road to Indy.
