Hertz Renews Sponsorship Deal With Hendrick Motorsports

Hertz has extended its primary sponsorship of Hendrick Motorsports’ No. 24 Chevrolet driven by William Byron through ’21 and unveiled a new look for its paint scheme.

The car rental company will continue to buy four primaries annually for an undisclosed price in NASCAR’s Cup Series, along with serving as an associate sponsor for all other races.

Its four primaries in ’20 will be spring races at Auto Club Speedway and ISM Raceway, plus fall races at Talladega Superspeedway and Kansas Speedway.

Hertz has leveraged the team relationship to create a special Hendrick Motorsports Camaro that can be rented by its customers, and the company will now change its paint scheme to make the race car reflect the road car.
