IndyCar adds 7th man over the wall

With the advent of the aeroscreen IndyCar will now allow a 7th crewmember over the wall during pitstops.

This person is only allows to:

1. Clean the windscreen

2. Remove a tear-off from the windscreen

3. Must remain behind the pit wall until the car comes to a complete stop and must be behind the pit wall when the rear tires are back on the ground
