Formula 1 fever is set to return to Singapore, with legions of tourists flocking to the heart of the city just to catch a glimpse of the exhilarating street race (running Sep 15 to 17) from the stands – or the comfort of a ritzy suite, sipping on bubbly as you catch the high-octane proceedings with an unobstructed view of the track, before whizzing off for raucous after parties or high-octane feasts.
We highlight some of Singapore’s most luxurious Formula 1 packages this Grand Prix Season 2023, along with ideal perches to catch all the race action your heart desires.
1. Marina Bay Sands
The iconic Marina Bay Sands invites motorsport fans to experience the thrill of the night race in the lap of luxury. What’ll it cost you? A cool $100,000 for the top-end race package, complete with a four-night stay at the uber-ritzy Paiza Signature Suite, an invite-only cocktail soiree with Scuderia Ferrari – the Integrated Resort’s official race partner – on Sep 14, and access to the Marina Bay Sands Sky Suite on all three nights of the Singapore night race. Exclusive merchandise from Scuderia Ferrari is also part of the deal.
Race-themed privileges also include passes to a premium vantage point perched just above the Pit Straight, exclusive meet-and-greets with professional racing drivers, and VIP access to the afterparties at Marquee nightclub.

3. Swissotel The Stamford
Towering over Singapore’s iconic city skyline is Swissotel The Stamford, sister property to Fairmont Singapore. Its exclusive hospitality suites for the F1 season come in two shades – the Harbor View Rooms on Levels 27 and 28, costing $60,000 for two days, or the ultra-luxe Crest Suites perched on Levels 64 and 66, demanding a grander price tag of $96,000 for the same period.
The latter 86 sqm suite promises a no-holds-barred private event equally worthy of an intimate race-themed gathering with close friends and family or corporate entertainment for the F1 weekend. Expect free-flow tipples and bottles of fine spirits to craft one’s own libations, as well as sashimi, Italian eats and local-themed bites by restaurant chefs for an indulgent, adrenaline-fuelled weekend.

All F1 room offers come with breakfast and access to the swimming pool and fitness center, though we’d daresay it’s worth shooting for an option that comes with entry to the Pacific Club Lounge.
