The 2023 Dutch Grand Prix has set a new Formula 1 record for most overtakes ever for a Formula 1 race with 186 overtakes.
The previous record was the Chinese GP in 2016.
Max Verstappen won the race over Fernando Alonso by 3.7s.
It was a fantastic race in ever-changing weather conditions.
Those who may think F1 is boring because the greatest driver in F1 history is winning so much are wrong. Verstappen is just a better driver than all the others. If not for him, the Competition in F1 under the new regulations is fierce.
Over at IndyCar on the World Wide Technology Raceway oval, Scott Dixon won by over 22 seconds. He almost lapped the entire field.
When the spec IndyCar series does not have umpteen caution flags to tighten the field, they are less competitive than F1.
