IndyCar: Qualifying Delayed due to Rain in Iowa ** Update **

After rain hit the track IndyCar has announced that the IndyCars will proceed with qualifying as soon as the racetrack is dry.

The INDY NXT race is currently rescheduled for 6:30 pm tonight.

Just as the cars were coming into pit lane for qualifying, the dark clouds opened up and the rain started to come down.

It has already stopped raining and there are trucks on the track in an attempt to dry it off.

I will provide an update when they announce something.
