F1: Penelope teaches Max Verstappen to focus
Penelope helps double, soon to be triple, World Driving Champion Max Verstappen to stay focussed behind the wheel of an F1 car.
Verstappen does a lot of SIM racing in his off-time, and his girlfriends’ daughter Penelope like to distract Max while he is racing, forcing him to focus on both her and the race.
This is why Verstappen has enough brain power to tell when Helmut Marko’s phone has gone off while he is at 200 mph, and why his driving the past two years has been almost perfect.
Perhaps all F1 drivers need to start sim racing while being attacked by a child.
Penelope’s Grandfather is 3-time world champion Nelson Piquet and her father is former Russian F1 driver Daniel Kvyat.
