F1: Alonso more motivated than ever says Glock

“I see Alonso more motivated than ever,” says former F1 driver Timo Glock.

“He trains a lot and that’s why physically he looks capable of anything. He always has a smile on his face and is always positive.

“He has a lot to offer.

“Maybe taking a break from F1 for a while and racing at Le Mans molded him to behave differently and helped him to be more of a team player. He used to be a more solitary guy.

“He still judges himself mercilessly, but he has understood well how to make the team behind him stronger.”

“All this has made him an even better sportsman. And he’s on a completely different level as a driver, he doesn’t make any mistakes.

“He is intelligent in his statements, and he has a lot of fun driving. That’s something you can tell just by looking at him. And he contributes to the team in a way he has never done before.”
