F1: Series lands another big American sponsor
F1 owners Liberty Media is taking the sport to new heights unimaginable under the Bernie Ecclestone British era rule.
When you are getting 75 million viewers per race worldwide, the sponsors just keep on coming, this time bringing another U.S. brand into the F1 orbit. T-Mobile will deploy a 5G network and activate at the race next year, plus put on a 400-drone light show and do store giveaways this Saturday.
Note: Liberty Media tried to also buy IndyCar when they bought F1. IndyCar should be sold to Liberty Media ASAP or risk becoming totally irrelevant.
We are excited to announce @tmobile as the exclusive 5G wireless partner for our race! As part of this new partnership, T-Mobile will provide 5G Advanced Network Solutions for a supercharged network experience at our circuit and the all-new Paddock building in Las Vegas. pic.twitter.com/NMIh9iA6hE
