F1: Video of Carlos Sainz Jr. lap 1 crash at Suzuka

Mattia Binotto has seen his star drivers Carlos Sainz Jr. and Charles Leclerc crash out of several races this year.

Sainz continued that crash record on lap 1 of the Japanese GP, running out of talent in the wet taking this long slide captured by a Japanese fan.

Watching from Home in Italy early Sunday morning, one has to wonder if Binotto threw his bowl of oatmeal against the computer monitor in disgust.

In addition to the Sainz crash, Max Verstappen buried Binotto’s other star driver, Charles Leclerc, in the race.
