Doric Sign Multi-Year Deal With Shell V-Power Racing Team
The Shell V-Power Racing Team today announced that Australia’s largest family-owned hardware manufacturer Doric has signed a multi-year deal with the reigning championship team.
“We’re delighted to have Doric join us for what is a new era of racing for the Shell V-Power Racing Team,” said Chairman and CEO of Dick Johnson Racing Ryan Story.
“Doric has been a long-time backer of our No. 17 Ford Mustang driver Will Davison, and has been a big part of our sport for funnily enough 17 years.
“Now is the perfect time for us to be forming a new partnership, and we look forward to working closely with them this season and beyond.”
Marketing and Sponsorship Manager for Doric Tom Arciuli echoed Story’s comments:
“Doric has been a life-time supporter of motorsport in Australia, and we are excited to not only become a partner of the Shell V-Power Racing Team but also continue our 11-year association with Will.
“Motorsport provides us a platform to engage our customers as well as develop and strengthen relationships with them, and partnering with the team will allow us to continue to do this,” said Arciuli.
The Repco Supercars Championship kicks off this weekend with the Mt Panorama 500 at Bathurst 26-28 February 2021.
