Building on the success of the Buick Enclave luxury crossover, Buick takes the next step in its transformation with the completely redesigned 2010 Buick LaCrosse luxury sedan. LaCrosse offers a choice of two advanced, fuel-saving V-6 engines; all-wheel drive; and a suite of advanced intelligent personal technologies and safety features.
Designed inside and out with great attention to detail, craftsmanship and advanced technology, LaCrosse goes on sale this summer. As with Enclave, Buick expects LaCrosse to bring a whole new buyer into Buick showrooms.
The 2009 GMC Sierra Hybrid is arriving in Buick-Pontiac-GMC showrooms. It achieves 40 percent greater city fuel economy than the non-hybrid model, while delivering the capability of a full-size truck. The Sierra Hybrid represents GMC’s commitment to engineering excellence and innovation.
Joining LaCrosse and Sierra Hybrid are several other recently introduced vehicles from the Buick-Pontiac-GMC channel, including Pontiac G6, Pontiac G8 GXP performance sedan, Pontiac Solstice Coupe and Pontiac G3.

Chevrolet
Chevrolet brings a wide range of new production vehicles and automotive movie stars to the Big Apple.
The 2010 Chevrolet Equinox crossover is expected to achieve segment-leading highway fuel economy of 30 mpg, beating both the Toyota RAV-4 and Honda CR-V, when equipped with GM’s new 2.4L four-cylinder direct injection engine – one of two all-new engine choices. The five-seat crossover is filled with unexpected amenities for the price, and is influenced by the Malibu sedan and midsize Traverse crossover.
Chevrolet Volt is a revolutionary vehicle that will deliver up to 40 miles of gasoline- and emissions-free electric driving, with the extended-range capability of hundreds of additional miles from its Voltec Electric Propulsion System. Production is scheduled to begin late next year. For trips up to 40 miles, Volt is powered by electricity stored in its lithium-ion battery. After that, a gasoline/E85-powered engine generator provides electricity to power an electric drive unit which extends Volt’s range for several hundred additional miles.
The Chevrolet Camaro is back in dealer showrooms as a 2010 model with great looks, performance and advanced technology. Three models – LS, LT and SS – and an RS appearance package are available. An advanced 3.6L direct injected V-6 with variable valve timing is standard on LS and LT models. It provides 304 horsepower (227 kW) and EPA-rated 29 mpg in highway driving The SS offers a pair of 6.2L V-8 engines.
The 2011 Chevrolet Cruze is an all-new, compact sedan with coupe-like design proportions; midsize-like interior and trunk space; and great fuel efficiency. It goes on sale in the United States and Canada in 2010. Cruze will be powered by an optional new 1.4L turbocharged engine expected to deliver 40 mpg highway. An efficient 1.8L engine and a family of six-speed transmissions will also be offered.
The Chevrolet Beat concept recently swept the global auto show circuit, and is the inspiration for the Chevrolet Spark. The Spark is a four-door mini car that combines youthful exterior and interior design with outstanding fuel economy. Spark will be sold in several markets around the globe starting in 2010, and hits the U.S. in 2011.
Chevrolet will also treat show visitors to an out-of-this-world vehicle display with some of the automotive stars from the upcoming DreamWorks Pictures and Paramount Pictures release, “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen." A new Chevrolet-based character is featured in the new film set to open in the United States on June 26, and will be in the Chevrolet display. The new movie character is JOLT, an AUTOBOT based on Chevrolet’s upcoming Volt extended-range electric vehicle.
BUMBLEBEE™, the heroic AUTOBOT based on Chevrolet’s Camaro concept from the first “Transformers" movie, returns with a high-performance attitude. Joining the vehicles will be BUMBLEBEE in his AUTOBOT form, standing almost 17 feet (5.2 meters) tall and 13 feet (4 m) wide.
