Rather than run a third car for Will Power at Indy, Robin Miller reported on Wind Tunnel Sunday night that Penske may place Power at his son Jay Penske's Indy Car team, Luczo Dragon, for Indy and the remainder of the season to team with rookie Raphael Matos.
