Chase Elliott Expected to Make Sprint Cup Debut (Update)

Hendrick Motorsports is expected to announce that 2014 XFINITY Series champion Chase Elliott will make his Sprint Cup debut in the Folds Of Honor Quik Trip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway on March. 1.

Elliott will drive the no. 25 Chevrolet with sponsorship from NAPA Auto Parts.

Elliott, a Hendrick development driver, is expected to be announced as the replacement for Jeff Gordon in the Hendrick stable after Gordon announced he will retire at the end of the 2015 season.
