More trouble for Swedish lowlife
The Capital Bank of Chester is now asking the Los Angeles Superior Court to enforce more than £665,000 in civil judgments against Eriksson.
The bank alleges that Eriksson, who is Swedish, failed to pay back a loan he had for the Ferrari and for another car, a Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR, purchased by Eriksson's former company, Gizmondo Europe Ltd.
Gizmondo, a video games company, is now bankrupt.
The bank claim that Eriksson borrowed money to buy the expensive cars and stopped paying for them after he had shipped them to the US. Capital Bank of Chester filed the lawsuit on February 23.
Eriksson is also concurrently serving a three year sentence after pleading guilty to embezzlement and for possessing a firearm in November. SkyNews
