Williams ’embarrassed’ at Spa
Four tenths slower than the next quickest car, Nico Rosberg qualified fifteenth on the legendary Belgian track, while his teammate Kazuki Nakajima will start Sunday's race next to last.
"This result is more than disappointing. It is embarrassing," said Williams, the co-owner and team principal of the Grove based squad.
The Toyota-powered FW30 features some updates for this race weekend, but Williams reveals that the factory is now fully focused on next year.
"I hope we will look better then," Williams, whose team has won 9 constructors' titles and 7 drivers' championships, mostly recently in 1997, explained to motorsport-total.com.
The 66-year-old said there may be some more small additions for the car this year, "but essentially we are going to have to make the best of what we have got".
"Our concentration is on 2009," Williams said.
