Sato’s second child born

(GMM) Former F1 driver Takuma Sato, a candidate for a seat at Toro Rosso next year, has become a father for the second time.

The Japanese's partner Chiharu, who had their first son just before Christmas in 2005, gave birth to a baby girl at Monaco's Princess Grace hospital on Tuesday.

Weighing 2.74 kilograms, the child is in "good health", as is her mother, 31-year-old Sato's management confirmed.
