Formula BMW Americas drivers meet Zanardi

In Puebla, Formula BMW Americas was on the same bill as the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC). Alessandro Zanardi (IT) from BMW Team Italy-Spain welcomed the nine participants of the BMW Motorsport Education and Coaching Program to a Meet & Greet session in his garage, and explained to them in detail how he drives his BMW 320si WTCC. “The oldest of you lot is just half my age," the former Formula One driver joked while posing for a group photo. Zanardi had cause to celebrate after the two WTCC races in Puebla: He finished sixth in race two to pick up his first three World Championship points of the year.
