Truck Series Qualifying Rained Out

Rain washed out qualifying for Friday night's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Lowe's Motor Speedway and the field will be set by the owners points standings, giving the front row to Kyle Busch and Mike Skinner.

21 of the 39 qualifiers took to the track before a late afternoon shower passed over the speedway. Ron Hornaday, Jr. had the provisional pole, posting a top speed of 178.849 mph. He will start third in Friday night's race, followed by Todd Bodine and Matt Crafton.

Missing the show will be Wayne Edwards, Jon Wes Townley and Andy Ponstein.
