Rain Forces Postponement of Coca-Cola 600

Rain has washed out Sunday's 50th running of the Coca-Cola 600 at Lowe's Motor Speedway. Officials pushed back the scheduled start time of 5:45pm while waiting out the weather before announcing the postponement at 8:30pm.

NASCAR will attempt to run the race on Monday with the green flag scheduled to fly at noon. The forecast for the start of the race calls for a 70 percent chance of rain.
