False advertising for SPEED?

A reader writes, Dear AR1.com, Michael Schumacher’s decision to abandon his Formula One comeback, was made about one week ago. However, "Speed" channel is still running TV ads touting the "return of former champion Michael Schumacher" as of today 8/16 well after a week has passed since this plan has been abandoned. I think that is false, deceptive advertising and Speed should be ashamed and maybe the FCC should investigate their misleading advertising policy. There is no way an event over a week old could be explained by some lame ' lead time' excuse. Glenn Tanner
