Cosworth receives award

Cosworth, the leading supplier of aftermarket performance components for production vehicles has received the SEMA Global Media Award for its new electronic dash display, the Cosworth ECPro Omega.

SEMA, the Specialty Equipment Market Association represents the $31.85 billion specialty automotive industry of 7,144 member companies. It is considered the authoritative source for research, data, trends and market growth information for the specialty auto parts industry. To receive an award from the association demonstrates Cosworth’s commitment and quality within the performance aftermarket industry.

Held at the 2009 SEMA Show in Las Vegas (NV), the awards ceremony attracted hundreds of international buyers, SEMA-member company representatives and the media. A prestigious jury made up of international journalists representing various titles and countries selected the various award winners. The voting panel reviewed over 2000 new style and performance products introduced at the SEMA Show, and from these each journalist selected products that would most interest enthusiasts in their respective country.
