Force and McClenathan on WFO radio

John Force and Cory McClenathan, winners of the inaugural NHRA Four-Wide Nationals at zMAX Dragway, will headline tonight's WFO Radio NHRA Tuesday with Joe Castello, live at 7 p.m. ET. To listen live or on-demand, go to http://www.wforadio.com

Force, a 14-time NHRA Funny Car champion, earned his 128th career victory in dramatic fashion by edging daughter Ashley Force Hood with a final elapsed time of 4.036 to 4.042 in the rain-delayed Funny Car final eliminations. Force's win was the second of 2010 as he lengthened his points lead to 89 over Ron Capps, who finished third in the four-wide Funny Car finals.

In Top Fuel, McClenathan qualified number one and won for the second time this season with a 3.820 elapsed time at 319.00 mph to defeat Doug Kalitta (3.825), Antron Brown (3.862) and Doug Herbert (4.268). With the win, McClenathan now has a 52-point lead in the NHRA Full Throttle Series points standings over Don Schumacher Racing teammate and defending Top Fuel champion Tony Schumacher

NHRA announcer Alan Reinhart also returns to WFO Radio to provide expert commentary of the NHRA Full Throttle and Lucas Oil Drag Racing series plus an analysis of four-wide drag racing. Reinhart will take listener e-mail questions during tonight's show.
