British GP: Vettel tops opening practice
Sebastian Vettel finished three tenths clear of Lewis Hamilton's McLaren to top the opening practice session for Sunday's British GP.
Most spent as much time getting to grips with the new Silverstone layout. Michael Schumacher was first to test the limits of the Village turn, and repeated the feat two laps later. Also going off there were Lewis Hamilton, Felipe Massa, Nico Hulkenberg, Adrian Sutil and Fairuz Fauzy.
Robert Kubica continued his good form and was third for Renault.
