Wilson on top in Toronto

True to his word, Justin Wilson topped the third practice session for the IndyCars on the streets of Toronto this morning. After finishing 2nd fastest on Friday, Wilson said afterward they knew exactly what changes to make to the car to go fast on Saturday and those changes appear to have worked.
EJ Viso was 2nd for KV Racing ahead of fast man on Friday Ryan Hunter-Reay. Penske's Helio Castroneves and Andretti's Tony Kanaan rounded out the top-5.
Raphael Matos and Milka Duno both hit the wall.
