Atlanta and Richmond pick up title sponsors

Emory Healthcare has signed on as the new title sponsor of the Sept. 5 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series night race at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The event will now be named the Emory Healthcare 500. The multiyear contract calls for Emory, in addition to sponsoring the 2010 Sprint Cup event, to become the track's official health care provider. The deal allows Emory Healthcare volunteers to provide screenings and educational programs during the race. Atlanta Motor Speedway

Meanwhile, the Air National Guard has agreed to title sponsor the Sept. 11 Sprint Cup race at Richmond Int'l Raceway. The Air Guard 400 will be the final race before the Chase for the Sprint Cup begins. Richmond Int'l Raceway
