Nitro rewind Topeka edition
“We are actually split this week’s episode into two parts. When we were first talking about getting Nitro Rewind started we were worried about getting enough compelling content to keep people interested. This past weekend in Atlanta we got so much good stuff previewing Topeka as well as unbelievably good interviews from race winners Jack Beckman and Antron Brown that we broke the show into two parts," said Ashley Force Hood, John Force Entertainment president.
“We are still figuring out our niche and trying to present interesting information that will get people interested in tuning into ESPN2’s broadcast this weekend from Topeka. We definitely want to hear from fans and we do read the comments on the NHRA YouTube channel. Bob Tasca III, Tony Pedregon, Clay Millican and Bob Vandergriff all have some really good tips for people watching at home plus we have some great stuff from Top Fuel young gun Shawn Langdon."
This week’s episode will go around the horn in the Funny Car and Top Fuel ranks from best friends and Funny Car racers Tony Pedregon and Bob Tasca III to Atlanta’s Bob Vandergriff. Clay Millican talks about his new sponsor Parts Plus and upcoming MTV2 show and Shawn Langdon talks about what it is like to continue his progression as one of the up and coming Top Fuel drivers. Fans will also get a great view of Robert Hight’s Auto Club Ford Mustang thanks to the FRAM in car camera. Race winners Jack Beckman and Antron Brown completed a Don Schumacher Racing double up in the Nitro categories and they will take Nitro Rewind viewers round by round through their days.
