Morning update from new Indy Lights car test at Indy

Here in Indy at test. They are still putting the new car together (see photos). I don't think they will start at 9 am at this rate.

We hear there are 10 cars on order. We hear that Belardi has ordered 4. That new McCormack Racing team ordered 2. They were planning on running Peter Dempsey, winner of Lights race in Indy 2013, in the car, in addition to Scott Dixon.
