Last year's Honda IndyCar was a dog because the aero package had way too much drag – we said that before the year started and that turned out to be the case.

Tweets coming out from the three Honda teams testing today at Sebring International Raceway, show a much cleaner aero package with cleaner front wings, a cleaner sidepod and a cleaner rear wing area.

Mikhail Aleshin, posted the first photo of the new aero components.

Later Takumo Sato tweeted a photo.

If we had to estimate, Honda has managed to reduce the drag of their aero kit by as much as 25%.

Testing tomorrow:
Sato and Jack Hawksworth (Foyt)
Aleshin and James Hinchcliffe (SPM)
Ryan Hunter-Reay, Carlos Munoz and Marco Andretti (Andretti).
