Daytona 500 Frontstretch Reserved Seating Sells Out

Daytona Int'l Speedway this morning is announcing that reserved frontstretch seating for Sunday's Daytona 500 is sold out. DIS as part of its $400M renovation now has a capacity of 101,500 permanent and wider seats. Premium hospitality, infield admission and Sprint FanZone pre-race access still remain. Track owner ISC had been under pressure to sell out for the first Daytona 500 after the renovation.

Meanwhile, NASCAR today is naming Mack Trucks the official hauler of the sanctioning body after Freightliner left following a decade-long relationship. The deal is for multiple years and is a mix of guaranteed cash to NASCAR plus value in kind. Adam Stern/Sportsbusinessdaily.com
