Dale Earnhardt, Jr. was the fastest driver in Saturday's practice session for Sunday's 58th running of the Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway.

Earnhardt, Jr. ran a lap of 197.131 mph on his eighth and final lap during the practice session, which will be the final practice before the start of tomorrow's race. Joey Logano was second with a lap of 196.396 mph, followed by Ryan Blaney (196.288), Brad Keselowski (196.262) and Kurt Busch (196.061),

Daytona 500 pole winner Chase Elliott was eighth fastest at 195.839 mph while outside pole sitter Matt Kenseth was 21st fastest running 192.806. Kenseth will have to start at the rear of field after going to a backup car following a crash in Thursday's Can-Am Duel qualifying race.
