ISC announces new Director of Multicultural Affairs

International Speedway Corporation (ISC) announced that Shameeka E. Quallo, Esq., Corporate Counsel, ISC Legal, is now adding Director of Multicultural Affairs to her title.

Quallo will strengthen ISC's diversity and inclusion efforts working in collaboration with the NASCAR Multicultural Development team.

"Shameeka brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the diversity arena," stated ISC Senior Vice President, Legal, Brett Scharback.

"She joined ISC in 2016 and while a key member of our legal counsel, she is also passionate and dedicated to growing diversity on and off the track."

Quallo moves into the newly-formed role of Director of Multicultural Affairs immediately and will report to Scharback with respect to diversity. She will work closely with the NASCAR Multicultural Development team, focusing on initiatives designed to address diversity and inclusion including employee training, diversity internships, and outreach to multicultural opinion leaders.

During Speedweeks, Quallo will participate in the annual NASCAR Diversity Awards Luncheon at Daytona International Speedway on February 23. Prior to joining ISC's legal team, Quallo served as Associate Counsel for the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) for four years managing all business and corporate legal matters for the organization and its executives, as well as its related properties including the LPGA Foundation and the Symetra Tour.

Quallo is an active member of the Corporate Counsel Women of Color and participates in its annual diversity strategies conference. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Volusia County and is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law and St. John's University. ISC
