Vegas GP lands title sponsor
12/10/06 Las Vegas will get its first taste of the Vegas Grand Prix Monday, when Champ Car drivers Alex Figge and Ryan Dalziel participate in the announcement of the Vegas Grand Prix’s title sponsor. Figge and Dalziel will light up the streets Monday morning, driving the #28 and #29 Lolas on a portion of the actual Vegas Grand Prix circuit at the Casino Center on 4th Street and Ogden. In addition, Figge and Dalziel will be signing autographs from 1:00 – 2:00 pm on Freemont Street and 3rd street in front of the 3rd street stage. Pacific Coast Motorsports PR
12/06/06 Word on the street is that the owners of the Vegas Grand Prix will announce a race title sponsor for the Las Vegas GP Champ Car race on Monday. It is said to be a multi-year, multi-city partnership, which could mean the sponsor is also going to sponsor the Phoenix race in some capacity.
