Rolex 24: Hour 15 Standings – Cadillac battles Acura

With sunrise less than 1-hour away Felipe Albuquerque is holding a 15-second lead in the #5 Cadillac over the #7 Penske Acura with Helio Castroneves at the wheel. The #31 Cadillac of Eric Curran runs third but they have fallen a lap behind. Bruno Senna (#23 Ligier) and Daniel Juncadella (#37 Oreca) round out the top-5 but too far back to win now.
In GTLM the sandbagging Ford GTs of IndyCar drivers Sebastien Bourdais and Scott Dixon run 1-2 just 1.8 sec apart a full 2 laps up on the #3 and #4 Corvettes. The Ford GTs did not show their true hand in the pre-race test session so God would not penalize their speed with a Balance of Power adjustment like they did last year, but in the race they have consistently been faster than all the other cars.
In GTD the #86 Michael Shank Acura, now with Parante at the wheel, leads by 7.6 sec over the #48 Lamborghini in a tight battle.
