According to a Tweet from Jimmie Johnson, the NASCAR driver has agreed to a bet on Super Bowl 53 with IndyCar star Marco Andretti.

Andretti, son of Michael and grandson of Mario, proposed the bet by offering to take the New England Patriots at -2.5.

Johnson, a seven-time Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) Champion, agreed to back the Los Angeles Rams. The drivers will be betting $98.48 on the game, which may seem like a random amount for wagering on a professional football game.

However, Andretti’s IndyCar number is 98, while Johnson’s NASCAR number is 48, explaining how they came up with the stakes.
