IndyCar to remain a lowly spec development series

Rumor has it that IndyCar will not introduce body kits in 2014 either due to self-serving selfish interests. Hence, like any other spec series, IndyCar will remain a mere shadow of it's former self. All development series use spec chassis'. IndyCar will remain a training ground for Grand-Am, NASCAR and F1 and the series will continue to lose fans.
